My BzzAgent BIC Soleil Savvy Kit!
Eek! So busy, all the time! If it wasn’t for BzzAgent, i think i would have probably totally abandoned my poor little blog. Welp, I’m back. There’s no coffee in the office today, and I am slightly under the hot weather, but my beloved Bic Soleil Savvy campaign is almost over, and I’m here to report to you, my experience with this cute little razor! Needless to say, I’ve tried several other razors, and always look for an advanced / more positive experience with beauty and hygiene products like this, as some razors come with an uncomfortable grip, or just the assemble part of putting the handle and razor together will leave you cut and bruised…Not with Bic.
Bic as you ALL m
ay know, is an established company and I’m almost certain all of us had an experience with the cute yellow razors at some point in your teenage or adult years. I remember these from back in the day, when they were the most affordable pack of razors outthere, and most reliable at that, for the price. Whenever I’m at CVS or even 99C store, they have the BIC’s sitting right there, a 6 pack for something like under $2. Great right?
So since it’s hot and all, and BzzAgent had launched and invited me to participate in the BIC Soleil Savvy Campaign, which features their new disposable razor with a refillable cartridge system, I was eager to try out, and report, and make my legs summer ready for the heat and a nice tan. Wellllp! It worked out well!
The BIC Soleil Savvy Razor comes with a comfortable and controllable rubber grip in a girly cute pink color. Included is a disposable handle and 4 cartridges that easily attach to the razor as you would want. The razor features 3 flexible blades and Vitamin E induced lubricating strips that are perfect for sensitive skin like mine. Besides the shave, it provides moisture and smoothens your skin perfectly. So your skin will not be irritated during the shave, and you can enjoy being out in the sun with your legs looking flawless. Because the grip of the Bic Soleil Savvy is so comfortable and the razors are perfectly built to glide along your skin, you’re able to do a super close shave, without causing any cuts or irritations. I love this razor because it just follows your body’s contours perfectly unlike similar razors that just stay stuck and firm in one position.
Another great fact I discovered is that, even after multiple uses, for a week, the razor blade doesn’t get rusty like other razors do.
It’s not recommended to reuse the blades too much, but they work perfectly find for shaving legs or underarms, without getting dirty. Just wash off, let it dry and reuse for up to 5-6 times before you need to change the blade. Saves you money, time and provides you with a perfectly smooth shave.
All in all, thanks to BzzAgent for this campaign, it’s been awesome.. Ladies, introduce your legs to the sun! The BIC razor sure makes them soleil savvy! I lost one of my extra blades, but I will definitely repurchase this. Thanks BIC! Check out BzzAgent for super fun, cool campaigns!

TIPS:
Shave at night
Shaving removes dead skin cells and the superficial layer of skin. While this process is healthy, it reduces your skin’s defenses for a couple hours. Shaving at night gives your skin time to recover its strength and suppleness to resist irritation the next day.
Shave clean skin
To help prevent infection and bumps, make sure your skin is perfectly clean before you shave. Apply hot water beforehand or shave after showering. Warm humidity increases skin elasticity and softens your hair, making it easier to shave.

Apply shaving cream or gel
Use shaving cream or gel with Aloe Vera when shaving — it’s gentler on your skin than regular soap and can help lift hair. Lather the cream or gel, then leave it on for two minutes prior to shaving. Once your hair is softened, the razor will glide more easily over skin.
Use a sharp blade
Change your blades regularly, especially if you have sensitive skin. On sensitive areas like your bikini line and underarms, shaving with a dull blade can result in red spots.
